Heavy Duty Selective Pallet Racking

Built tough for industrial demands, perfect for storing palletised goods of all shapes and sizes.

Our selective pallet racking systems are purpose-designed to provide high-density storage for a wide range of products, from timber and steel to boxed inventory and bulky materials. Engineered in Australia to meet stringent industry standards, these racks deliver exceptional strength, accessibility, and efficiency. Ideal for warehouses, distribution centres, and industrial facilities, our racking can be customised to suit your load capacity, layout, and height requirements. Available in both powder-coated and hot-dip galvanised finishes, our systems are built to withstand heavy-duty use in even the harshest environments.

Optimised Storage Solutions with Selective Pallet Racking

Selective pallet racking is one of the most widely used and versatile storage systems, ideal for managing palletised goods of various sizes and weights. Unlike specialised systems designed for specific materials, selective racking offers direct access to every pallet, making it perfect for fast-paced warehouse environments where efficient stock rotation and easy product retrieval are essential. This system features upright frames and horizontal beams that create multiple storage levels, allowing for optimal use of vertical space without compromising accessibility. Available in a range of load capacities and configurations, selective pallet racking can be customised to suit both small warehouses and large-scale industrial operations. It’s a reliable, cost-effective solution for general storage needs, with options suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Durable, Compliant Selective Pallet Racking Solutions

We supply high-quality selective pallet racking systems built with reliable APEX components, designed and engineered right here in Australia. Our racking meets the latest AS 4084-2023 Australian standards for steel storage systems, ensuring both safety and performance in every installation.

Selective pallet racking remains the most popular and widely used racking solution across Australian warehouses today. It provides direct access to each pallet, making it ideal for businesses needing efficient stock rotation and easy retrieval. We also offer a range of racking variations, including double deep, drive-in, cable, vertical, and carpet racking, all constructed using the trusted APEX system.

Every facility is unique, and we’re here to support your goals, whether you’re expanding, upgrading, or relocating your warehouse storage. Our team will work with you to customise the best solution for your space, load requirements, and workflow.

Outdoor Applications

Are you looking at installing racking outdoors? We can provide you with full comprehensive wind loadings and detailed concrete specs required to safely install your racking externally.

We suggest using hot-dipped galvanised (HDG) beams, footplates and floor anchors to prevent rust forming.

Hot-dipped Galvanised Beams

APEX hot-dipped galvanised beams are made from a rectangular hollow section and are typically used for outdoor applications. The hot-dipped galvanised surface treatment makes them more resistant to rusting.

We provide heavy-duty selective pallet racking systems engineered specifically for storing long, awkward, and oversized materials. Designed in accordance with FEM 10.2.09 standards and proudly engineered in Australia, our racking solutions are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications—including installations in cyclone-prone areas.

Selective pallet racking is the ideal choice for industrial storage where items such as timber, pipes, sheet metal, structural steel, furniture, doors, carpet rolls, and other construction materials need to be accessed and handled efficiently. With open-front design and no vertical uprights to get in the way, loading and unloading becomes much easier, especially for irregularly shaped or bulky stock.

Our systems are fully customisable, with flexible configurations in arm length, height, and load capacity to meet your specific requirements. Whether you’re operating in a warehouse, manufacturing plant, or yard, we can provide a tailored solution that maximises storage while maintaining ease of access.

We offer finishes in both powder coating and hot-dipped galvanised (HDG) for our C200 and C305 models. Powder-coated options are ideal for indoor environments like warehouses and workshops, with high-visibility blue and orange colours that also serve as a safety feature. For outdoor or corrosive environments, our HDG finish offers superior durability.
