Column Guards
Column guards are designed to shield upright posts from accidental fork strikes, reducing the risk of structural damage. The U-shaped design wraps around the column, providing effective protection in high-traffic aisle areas.

For installations within aisles, it is recommended to use a minimum internal beam width of 2743mm to allow adequate clearance for pallet movement below 400mm.

Corner Guards
Corner guards are used to protect the ends of racking rows and are essential for meeting cross-aisle and gangway safety requirements in line with AS4084:2023. They are typically installed at the end of each aisle where traffic is highest.

Installation Requirements
All rack protection must be installed with a minimum 60mm clearance from the upright column to comply with AS4084.1:2023 standards
